Choose Your Box Style

Choose the box style that best fits:

• Regular Slotted Case (RSC) The most popular style due to its versatility
• Fully Overlapping Flap RSC (FOLF) Provides greater support for heavier products.
• Half Slotted Case (HSC) An open- top style for easy access
• Box & Lid (B&L) Typically used for low height products
• 5 Panel Folder (5PF) Ideal for packing long narrow items

Choose Your Material

CustomBox offers the following corrugated materials for box construction as well as layer pads or sheet board:

Single Cushion – B Flute, 2.5mm thick. It has good Puncture resistance and in a warehouse it consumes less space. Available in both Kraft or White (one side only)

Twin Cushion - A combination of B and C flute. 6mm thick. Very good crush resistance. Even better cushioning and stacking strength. Available in Kraft Only
