Regular Slotted Case (RSC)
This is the most popular style of case due to its versatility.
Easy to erect and can be closed by taping or gluing the top and bottom flaps (flaps butting).
Comes pre-glued on the side seam.
Cost effective solution
Min length: 75mm
Min width: 40mm
Min depth/height: 86mm
Maximum dimensions up to 1500mm but will vary depending on box configuration
Fully Overlapping Flap RSC (FOLF)
Like an RSC except with full flaps top and bottom.
Easy to erect and can be closed by taping or gluing the top and bottom flaps.
Comes pre-glued on the side seam.
The full flaps on the bottom provide greater support for heavier product.
Min length: 75mm
Min width: 20mm
Min depth/height: 86mm
Maximum dimensions up to 1500mm but will vary depending on box configuration
Half Slotted Case (HSC)
Like an RSC except with no top flaps (open).
Easy to erect and can be closed by taping or gluing the bottom flaps.
Comes pre-glued on the side seam.
Often supplied with a lid and is ideal for products of variable height (lid becomes telescopic).
Suitable if the box is required to be opened regularly.

Box and Lid (B&L)
A two-piece solution often used for low height products.
Lid height can be full depth or variable.
Both box and lid are supplied flat and can be erected by either taping, gluing or stapling the corners.
Also suitable style for boxes required to be opened regularly.
Two-piece style offers better stacking strength.

5 Panel Folder (5PF)
A creased 5-panel folder that wraps around the product and is taped closed.
Ideal for packing large flat items or long narrow items.
Can have flaps on both ends or can be open on the ends (no flaps).
Available in two configurations:
Minimum length = 86mm
Minimum width = 75mm
Minimum depth/height option 1 = 75mm (where the 5th panel overlaps the 1st panel on the side)
Minimum depth/height option 2 = 20mm (where the 1st and 5th panels butt in the middle)
